Job description:
Supervised by the project manager, the incumbent will design and program multimedia applications used to manage content for in-flight systems. The programmer will work in a young and dynamic team and with graphic artists and quality assurance technicians. More specifically, the job entails to:
- Analyze the project’s specifications
- Define the tree structure of the project
- Establish deadlines and creation time needed
- Update documentation
- Integrate graphic designer’s specifications accordingly
- Create databases
- Resolve any problems arising from the transfer of technology
- Test products.
Degree, required experience and knowledge (technical specifications):
- University degree in computer science
- Experience in C++ programming
- Knowledge of N-tier architecture
- Experience in cross-browser compatibility (IE, Firefox, Opera)
- Experience in Web ergonomics
- Experience developing language and data format conversion tools.
